What We Treat – LGBTQIA+
LGBTQIA+ Support is Available.

Whether you’re in the questioning or discovery phase of your sexuality or gender identity or you’re currently navigating LGBTQIA+ relationships, identity, or transitions, it can sometimes feel challenging both mentally and emotionally. Therapy can help you feel supported.
The 2023 U.S. National Survey on the Mental Health of LGBTQ Young People shared that fewer than 40% of LGBTQ young people found their home to be LGBTQ-affirming and nearly 1 in 3 LGBTQ young people said their mental health was poor most of the time or always due to anti-LGBTQ policies and legislation.
In a 2023 Gallup study, LGBTQ+ identification in the U.S. is now at 7.6% and more than one in five Gen Z adults identify as LGBTQ+. With these numbers growing over the years, the good news is, there are more conversations, more awareness, and more support starting to become available.
In addition, for those transitioning, therapy can help navigate exploring gender identity, handling stigmas, building confidence, resilience, and finding community.
At Serenium we envision a world where there is mental and emotional wellness for all and we’re on a deeper mission to provide people the mental and emotional support needed to cultivate their well-being through all of life’s events.
Serenium is a brand focused on therapy and wellness where serenity and calmness meets balance and equilibrium. A place where Mind, Body, Soul, and Emotion flow as one, into a lasting effect to feel whole and complete.
