How can I find the right therapist for me?
Finding a therapist who truly aligns with your needs is a process. We recommend starting by checking your insurance compatibility, deciding between virtual or in-person care, and matching based on your main concerns or age group. Our Find a Therapist page also lets you filter by age, language, area of focus, service type, location, treatment approach, and therapy style.
