Valerie Sinacori is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University, and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
She enjoys working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the many challenges that come with each stage of life. Whether clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps, she provides a space to better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that each person already has the capacity for growth. She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She also places a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, as she believes that a genuine, trusting connection is one of the most important factors in successful therapy.
