I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals struggling with mental health issues. With extensive clinical experience and a deep understanding of psychiatric disorders, I provide comprehensive care to my patients—empowering them to achieve optimal mental well-being through evidence-based practices, including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Based Therapy ( MBCT ). I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Felician University in Lodi, NJ, where I developed a solid foundation in nursing principles and patient care. I then pursued my Master of Science in psychiatry and mental health nursing. In addition, I have obtained national certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). This certification reflects my advanced knowledge and clinical expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating various mental health disorders across the lifespan.
