I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and my goal throughout my career has been to deliver compassionate and comprehensive clinical care to my clients during some of the most vulnerable and challenging moments in their lives.

If you are looking for a therapist who is warm, welcoming, open-minded, and ready to listen, you are on the right path. Finding a therapist that feels like the right fit for yourself or your child can be a big challenge, but I’m here to help ease that process as much as I can. I aim to make sessions feel like a safe space for you to be your genuine self while learning new skills to cope with our stressors—big, small, and in-between! The first step is to reach out. I can’t wait to meet you!

An ideal client for me is a child or adolescent who is struggling to find a sense of happiness in their day-to-day life. My passion has been to help children and teens learn how to navigate issues including bullying, technology and social media use, social skills, hopelessness, low self-esteem, excessive worry and feelings of fear, family stress, grief or trauma, peer pressure, and so much more.

I am able to meet each person where they are and adapt my clinical approach to their needs. I use cognitive behavioral therapy for kids, along with mindfulness and DBT, to teach practical coping strategies. I also love to incorporate art and play techniques to encourage creativity, open expression, and the processing of emotions.
