I am passionate about supporting teens and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, develop self-awareness, and better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work with clients ages 13 and older and provide a compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive therapeutic environment.
My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, trauma, grief, self-esteem, relationships, family concerns, cultural experiences, life transitions, financial stress, work-related concerns, and stress.
My approach is individualized and may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and stress-management techniques.
I believe therapy is a space for healing, self-exploration, and growth. My goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen resilience, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change
