I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW) in the states of New Jersey and Georgia, with a master’s degree from Monmouth University. With seven years of experience, I am a dedicated and compassionate clinician who finds fulfillment and purpose in providing high quality care to individuals dealing with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I specialized in providing tailored and effective therapeutic interventions to meet a client’s unique needs in a safe space. My greatest strengths are grounded in relatability, empathy, compassion, and the creation of a nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, seen, and understood to connection, safety, and healing.I take pleasure in working with a diverse range of clients, including veterans, active service members, young adults, and older adults. Many of the individuals I work with are motivated to improve their mental well-being but may feel unsure of how to do so. They often experience feeling stuck, numb, anxious, avoidant, self-critical, angry, or weighed down by past and present life experiences. Beginning therapy can bring up a mix of emotions—confusion, vulnerability, fear, and at times a sense of empowerment—all at once. Choosing to start therapy is a courageous step toward prioritizing your mental health and creating meaningful change. By tending to your emotional well-being, you give yourself the opportunity to thrive across all areas of life, recognizing that when one area is impacted, others areas can be infected. My treatment approach emphasizes Cognitive behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, Grounding and Mindfulness Techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
