I work with individuals of all ages who are seeking growth and meaningful change, striving to become the best version of themselves. I value working with clients who are open-minded and willing to engage in a collaborative process. As we build a trusting relationship, I assist clients in reflecting on their experiences, examining patterns of behavior, and identifying areas for growth. With compassion and curiosity, I guide them toward deeper self-understanding and lasting change.

As a licensed social worker, I use a humanistic approach to provide a safe space for deep healing. I integrate techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy for trauma (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), such as cognitive reframing to address intrusive negative thought patterns, distress tolerance to manage life stressors, and mindfulness to help you feel more grounded when racing thoughts and panic attacks arise. My goal is to empower clients to feel confident in themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and build a more compassionate relationship with their thoughts and emotions.

I believe that healing isn’t about “fixing” ourselves—it’s about reconnecting with your inner strength and learning new ways to navigate life’s challenges. We will move at your pace, and I will honor the vulnerability it takes to show up and do the work. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or just feeling stuck, my role is to walk alongside you with compassion and motivating presence. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to begin or even just curious about what therapy might look like, I invite you to reach out. I’d be honored to support you on your path to healing and growth.
