Caroline Eby is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who earned her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, where she also received a Certificate in Interpersonal Violence and Trauma. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and families in both community and clinical settings, supporting youth as they navigate emotional, social, and developmental challenges. Caroline is passionate about helping kids, teens and adults manage anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and interpersonal stress while building confidence, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self. She believes in the power of healing and in each person’s ability to grow, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, relational, and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed skills, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. Caroline works collaboratively with clients to create a supportive space where they can feel understood, develop practical coping tools, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
