My ideal client is a young person, typically between the ages of 5 and 25, facing anxiety, stress, or emotional regulation difficulties. They may also be navigating major life transitions or experiencing behavioral challenges. Their needs center around gaining practical tools for managing emotions, improving coping skills, and enhancing self-expression. Their goal is to feel more in control, reduce feelings of overwhelm, and build emotional resilience. They want to feel heard, supported, and equipped to handle life’s pressures in a way that aligns with their unique strengths and preferences.
I specialize in supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate anxiety, stress, behavioral challenges, life transitions, and emotional regulation. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT for anxiety, along with creative techniques like art and play to engage clients who may not respond well to traditional methods.
I know dealing with anxiety, stress, or other emotional challenges can be incredibly difficult, especially when it feels like you’re carrying everything on your own. I’m here to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can explore ways to better understand and manage what you’re going through.
