My practice focuses on working with children in their own territory, utilizing play and engaging activities to foster understanding and communication. I aim to help children who are dealing with anxiety, sadness, feeling misunderstood, bullying, friendship troubles, family conflicts, attention issues, or challenges in expressing their emotions productively.
I support adults navigating stressful times and struggling with coping mechanisms, managing feelings of anxiety or depression, resolving family or friend conflicts, or needing guidance in understanding their own emotions and fulfilling personal needs.
